Sharing Circles
A place for sharing, listening and being human. Together we hold space – without advice, without judgement, simply with an open heart. A protected moment in which words heal and silence carries.
For everyone who doesn’t quite find themselves in the norms – to explore relationships, identity and connection in a way that feels right for you. At your pace. In your own way.
Or maybe you’re simply at a point in your life where you’d like to understand yourself and your relationships more consciously. Then you’re in the right place, too.
… long for honest conversations and real depth – rather than quick answers or simple solutions.
… are exploring relationships beyond traditional norms – for example polyamory or other forms of non-monogamy.
… are neurodivergent and notice that you experience connection and communication in your own way.
… sometimes feel “different” in relationships or often have the feeling that you don’t quite fit the usual expectations.
These topics are often connected – and right where they touch is where I feel at home.
How can I become better?
Nothing gets fixed here, and nobody has to “function”. Instead of self-improvement, this is about self-discovery: together we look at who you are and what you need – and move on from there. My spaces are trauma-sensitive, queer- and relationship-inclusive, and consciously anti-discriminatory.
When different experiences, thoughts and emotional worlds meet, something new can emerge. In my workshops and group offerings there is room for exchange, connection and whatever wants to show up.
A place for sharing, listening and being human. Together we hold space – without advice, without judgement, simply with an open heart. A protected moment in which words heal and silence carries.
What does it mean to love more than one person – openly, consciously and with connection? We clear up myths and make room for uncertainties, longings and real encounters. For singles, couples or groups, no previous experience needed.
Breathing, arriving and being – around nurturing relationships, connection, emotional resilience and authentic living. In a spirit of community, inclusivity and slowness.
How do I accompany clients who love polyamorously, queerly or outside social norms? With input, practical tools and room for exchange. Also available in-house.
Unfolding Minds – thinking, feeling and being differently, together
Unfolding Minds is a community of and for neurodivergent people that I co-founded with Afi Sika. Here we create space for exchange, connection and mutual understanding – without the expectation of having to fit into a particular mould.
Visit unfoldingminds.orgA no-obligation first conversation by phone or Zoom. We look at what you need right now – and whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need to prepare anything.
Sharing Circle, workshop, individual or constellation sessions, The Living Tree Method: we choose what feels right for you. No package you don’t want.
We meet in Aarau or online. Between sessions you can write to me by email or WhatsApp – I’ll reply within 48 hours.
I want my work to stay accessible. If the regular prices aren’t possible for you right now, feel free to get in touch – there is a limited number of reduced-rate places every month. You don’t have to explain or prove anything.
Above all, Leyla gives you one thing: space to show yourself.
However tight and tangled the issue may be, in no time at all a sense of spaciousness opens up that you can feel both physically and mentally. I don’t know anyone else who can set such forces in motion simply through their presence. No session with Leyla without healing laughter. A source of inspiration – I can no longer imagine my life without her.
Evolving shaman, coach, queer BIPoC, neurodivergent myself (AuDHD), living polyamorously – and deeply human.
I don’t accompany you as someone who stands above things, but as someone who identifies with the archetype of the Wounded Healer. I live what I accompany. At your own pace. In your own way.
Whether it’s a free Root Call, a question about the groups or simply a first hello: I’ll get back to you as soon as I can – with calm, clarity and room for whatever brings you here. I offer my sessions in English and German, so feel free to write in whichever language feels more comfortable.
I don’t like spontaneous calls – I’m often too deep in processes for that. Instead, send me a short message or let me know you’d like to talk with a voice message (by email or WhatsApp). That’s the best way to reach me.
